The Roma Tower skyscraper in Warsaw, which has been planned for years, is a 170-meter, 48-story residential investment (with 6 underground levels), which will be built at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Nowogrodzka Streets. The project, designed by Jacek Świderski, is being jointly implemented by BBI Development, Liebrecht & wooD, and the Pro Bonum Foundation. After years of delays and negotiations, the project received its final building permit in early 2026, with construction scheduled to begin in the second half of the same year.
Unlike the original office concept, Roma Tower will serve a residential purpose. The building will be distinguished by its modern yet timeless form, oriented at an angle to the street, with a lower wing facing the intersection, featuring arcades and a rooftop terrace. Although final renderings have not yet been released, the investor plans to present them later this year.
